Freddie Mac says the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate was 7.32% as of October 22, down from 7.40% the week before. A year ago it was 6.19%. The 15-year fixed averaged 6.68%, down from 6.71%.
York Housing Authority auctions five homes October 28
The Housing Authority of the City of York is auctioning five residential properties in Windsor, Red Lion, Yoe and Emigsville. The live and online auction is Wednesday, October 28, at 10 a.m. at the Four Points by Sheraton in York, with previews on Tuesday, October 27.
